We are a well-established HVAC, Plumbing, and Mechanical Solutions company based in Nashville, TN. Founded in 2010, we offer a wide range of services, from simple repairs to complete system renovations. We are a dynamic and growing company, and we are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team.

We mainly focus on replacement and retrofit projects of commercial facilities which often times require the ability to read blueprints and engineered drawings. Potential candidates should be comfortable running projects from $10,000 to $10,000,000.

If you are a committed professional with a minimum of 5 years of mechanical Project Management, estimation and blueprint reading experience, we are excited to speak with you!

Position Overview:
As one of our experienced team members you will play a crucial role in servicing our commercial and industrial clients. Your experience and technical expertise will help ensure the reliability and efficiency of the systems we service.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Reading and understanding blueprints.
• On-site meetings for job walkthroughs with customers and subcontractors.
  • The ability to understand and communicate our scope of work to others is crucial.
• Teams video meetings with customers and subcontractors to discuss job progress.
• Putting together submittal packages for engineers' approval.
• Securing permits pertaining to projects.
• Ordering equipment and materials needed for projects.
• Working with Field Supervisors to prepare scheduling for jobs.
• Must be proficient in AIA (progressive) billing for larger jobs.
• Providing close out and warranty documents at the end of projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years commercial and mechanical project management experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering schematics.
• Proven track record of managing projects ranging from $10,000 to $10,000,000 in size.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School graduate or GED, or equivalent.
