We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various mechanical wet and dry HVAC projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate has 5 years of HVAC mechanical field experience and 2-4 years of hands-on project management experience working on Federal and/or Private jobs ranging from $500,000 - $12M. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all phases of HVAC projects from start to finish. • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets with stakeholders. • Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project goals. • Monitor progress, timelines, and budgets; address issues proactively. • Communicate updates and concerns to clients and stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with regulations, best practices, and company policies. • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery. • Participate in project reviews and evaluations. • Mentor junior team members. • Create and review RFIs and submittals. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress. • Travel as required. Qualifications: • 2-4 years of experience in MEP Project Management. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred. • Proven experience in project management within the mechanical engineering or construction industry. • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, HVAC, plumbing, and/or industrial processes. • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure. • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 yearly
