Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive media arts curriculum covering digital photography, video production, graphic design, animation, and other relevant disciplines. • Provide engaging and interactive instruction tailored to the skill levels of youth, ensuring they are both supported and appropriately challenged. • Lead students through the entire process of creating media arts projects, from planning and execution to presentation. • Incorporate various software and equipment to enhance the learning experience, staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements. • Assess student progress, offer constructive feedback, and pinpoint areas for improvement. • Collaborate with fellow instructors, staff, and community partners to support program objectives and enrich the educational experience. • Act as a mentor and role model for students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Engage in community outreach and events to promote LTYC's programs and establish connections with local organizations. • Pursue continuous professional growth and development opportunities in the field of media arts education.
