The Media Assistant works closely with the Media Buyers to maintain media planning and campaigns for both Traditional and Digital Media spaces. This position is in-office in our Baton Rouge office.
Experience in Advertising or directly with Media Buying is a plus, but is not required. However, the following experience/skills are necessary to be considered for this position:
Two years of in-office experience is required.
Data entry experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience using Gmail, Google Workspace (Docx, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is a MUST. Our team uses both.
Ability to work on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
Work well in a team-oriented environment.
An ability and desire to learn more.
College degree preferred.
