    Our client is seeking a talented and driven Media Specialist to join their growing marketing team. This role will play a key part in developing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising strategies across various platforms. As they expand their digital presence and product offerings, the Media Specialist will focus on leveraging advanced analytics, A/B testing, and creative strategies to maximize campaign performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Management:
      • Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DRTV, Amazon PPC, and Display networks) to achieve growth objectives.
      • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and allocate resources based on performance data.
    • Research & Optimization:
      • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to ensure high-performing campaigns.
      • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine ad copy, headlines, images, and CTAs that resonate with the health-conscious audience.
    • Testing & Analysis:
      • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests for ads, landing pages, and other assets.
      • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to enhance performance, sharing key findings with stakeholders.
      • Implement and interpret multi-touch attribution models to better understand customer journeys and optimize budget allocation.
    • Analytics & Reporting:
      • Utilize advanced tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 360) to gain insights into campaign performance, user behavior, and customer segments.
      • Develop and maintain cross-channel reporting dashboards for a holistic view of marketing performance and ROI.
    • Strategic Insights:
      • Conduct analysis on customer lifetime value, acquisition costs, and competitive positioning to refine targeting and bidding strategies.
      • Stay current with digital advertising trends (especially in health and wellness) and perform regular competitive analyses.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals and product launches.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in paid media management, preferably in health, wellness, or supplements.
    • Proven track record of successful paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
    • Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint or willingness to obtain.
    • Proficiency with advanced analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 360) and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in multi-touch attribution models and interpreting complex data sets.
    • Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, with a solid understanding of statistical significance.
    • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros); familiarity with SQL and APIs is a plus.
    • Knowledge of machine learning concepts for marketing analytics (predictive modeling, automated optimization) is beneficial.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to develop and test compelling ad variations.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
    • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
    • Passion for health, wellness, and natural supplements.
    • Familiarity with FDA and FTC regulations related to supplement advertising is a plus.

    Compensation:
    $80,000 to $100,000 per year
