Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant/Scribe to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Assist healthcare providers with patient care, including rooming patients, taking vitals, and preparing examination rooms.

Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Transcribe medical information during patient visits, ensuring thorough and detailed documentation of medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans.

Coordinate with healthcare providers to update and maintain patient records, including medication lists, allergies, and pertinent medical history.

Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that all questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
