Your Role as Medical Assistant:
As our Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences. You will work closely with our providers to deliver top-notch care in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Support: Prepare patients for various aesthetic procedures, assist providers during treatments, and provide detailed post-care instructions and support.
Patient Management: Efficiently manage patient scheduling, accurately maintain electronic medical records (EMR), and proactively coordinate follow-up appointments to ensure seamless patient care.
Scribing & Documentation: Act as a scribe during patient consultations and treatments, meticulously documenting all pertinent information in the EMR to ensure comprehensive and accurate records.
Patient Experience Champion: Create a warm, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere for every patient. Proactively address patient needs, answer questions, and ensure their comfort and confidence throughout their journey with Clarity Medical Aesthetics.
What You Need to Succeed:
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
Active and valid Medical Assistant Certification required for consideration.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong, trusting relationships with patients.
Solid understanding of medical terminology, basic clinical procedures, and demonstrable experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and positive approach to daily tasks.
Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medical practice is highly desirable but not essential.
