Job Title: Medical Assistant – Cognitive Care Plan | Neurology Office | Full-Time

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $16–$17/hr

Location:

2 days/week in Casa Grande, AZ

3 days/week in Chandler, AZ

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour Based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant Diploma (Required)

No experience needed – we will train you!

Spanish-speaking preferred (not required)

Job Description: We’re looking for a caring, reliable Medical Assistant to join our Neurology team. In this role, you’ll help create and deliver Cognitive Care Plans to patients living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other cognitive disorders. You’ll work closely with Dr. Hemant Pandey to support patients and their caregivers in both Casa Grande and Chandler.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and reviewing care plans with patients and families

Providing educational resources and support

Documenting visits accurately

Supporting the neurologist during assessments

Building lasting relationships with patients and caregivers
