Responsibilities

Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures.

Take and record vital signs, patient histories, and medical information.

Prepare exam rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked.

Track lab results and call in prescriptions.

Assist with patient triage and education.

Schedule appointments and manage patient records using AthenaOne and EPIC.

Provide excellent customer service and patient support.

What We’re Looking For

Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred.

EMT or military med tech experience considered.

BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A friendly, compassionate attitude with a commitment to patient care.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends).
