🧠 Medical Assistant – Neurology Practice

Brain and Spine Center, PLC – Chandler & Casa Grande, AZ 💼 Full-Time | Monday–Friday 💰 Competitive Pay (Based on Experience)

Are you a detail-oriented, fast-paced Certified Medical Assistant looking to grow in a specialized neurology practice? Brain and Spine Center, PLC is currently seeking a dependable and efficient Medical Assistant to join our busy and compassionate team. This role will support providers at both our Chandler and Casa Grande locations.

🏥 Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Rooming patients and preparing them for neurological exams

Accurately documenting patient history, vitals, and symptoms

Administering injections and assisting with in-office procedures

Assisting provider during neurological treatments and procedures

Handling administrative duties including scheduling, referrals, and authorizations

Managing patient flow and coordinating with front/back office teams

Performing EKGs, medication reconciliation, and prior authorizations

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records

Ensuring all rooms and instruments are cleaned, stocked, and prepared

Supporting patient education and answering care-related questions

✅ Requirements:

Certified Medical Assistant (Required)

Minimum 1 year of MA experience preferred, neurology experience a plus

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Willing and able to travel between Chandler and Casa Grande locations

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

EMR proficiency (Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus)

Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred
