Any Lab Test Now is a leading provider of direct-access lab testing services, allowing individuals to take control of their health by conveniently and affordably accessing a wide variety of lab tests without the need for a doctor's order. Our mission is to empower individuals to make informed health decisions and take charge of their well-being.

Our new walk-in retail franchise location in Rogers, MN is currently accepting applications for energetic, customer-oriented staff members to join our team!

All candidates should possess the following skills:

REQUIRED:

• Ethical, Dependable, Compassionate, Team Player

• Adherence to confidentiality, state, federal, HIPPA laws and guidelines in regard to customer records.

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Phlebotomist

• Three years phlebotomy experience, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.

• Knowledge processing specimens, including labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and preparing for transport as required by test order.

• Knowledge of common blood tests.

• Ability to explain our services to businesses and customers over the phone.

• Ability to sell our testing and collection services to walk-in customers.

• Proficiency with G-suite and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

• Organizational skills including inventory tracking, record keeping, order/stock supplies, and sanitizing.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

DESIRED:

• Experience with Quest or Lab Corp
• Experience performing DOT collections
• Sales or customer service experience

HOURS:

• Location hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 8:00A- 6:00P AND Saturday 8:00A- 1:00P
• Medical Assistant to work 1-2 rotational Saturday per month. No overnight, Sunday or holiday shifts are required.
