SALARY: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform the following procedures after training is completed:
Assess vital signs, pulmonary function testing, food or medication challenges, skin prick and intradermal testing
Administer intradermal, subcutaneous, and intramuscular injections according to guidelines
Attend quarterly in-services
Other items as needed
REQUIRED:
Completion of a Medical Assistance Program. Certification preferred, but not required
Must work three, 12-hour shifts from 7a-7p and one Saturday a month from 8am-1pm
Must be willing to travel to any of our 12 office locations (if needed) (Dublin, Hilliard, Grove City, Lancaster, Canal Winchester, Grandview, New Albany, Lewis Center, Westerville, Marysville, Marion, Bellefontaine)

EDUCATIONAL and Skill Requirements:
