Responsibilities:

Rooming patients

Accurate note taking & listening to patients needs

Working with management & doctors to ensure patients receive the best care available.

Cleaning & sanitizing rooms prior to and after patient visits

Coordinating with administration to ensure patients needs are taken care of (referrals, authorizations, testing/results, etc.)

Communicating patient needs to the doctor & the plan of care to the patient

Answering phones & completing tasks in a timely manner

Assisting with in-office procedures

Maintaining a sterile environment by following sanitation protocol
