What You'll Do:
- Conduct virtual pre-visit tasks like gathering patient histories and preparing telehealth appointments.
- Support NPs and cardiologists with follow-ups, lab orders, scheduling, and patient communications.
- Manage telehealth workflows, including intake, triaging inquiries, and documenting in medical records.
- Provide personalized care while maintaining efficiency across virtual and in-office settings.
What You'll Need:
- Completion of an accredited medical assistant certification program.
- Experience in telehealth or virtual care (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and organizational skills, plus comfort with technology. Training is provided.
- Ability to work independently while remote, with reliable connectivity and troubleshooting skills.
