  • Responsibilities

    Aspire Health Alliance is looking for an experienced Medical Biller to support and assist our growing Accounts Receivable team! The Billing Coordinator performs error correction, writes procedures for error correction (Document steps), assists in documenting and developing Billing Office procedures, manages staff entry for practitioner number by category, coordinates Care Management Programs service entry, works the deleted service report, assists in producing the open claims report

    Other job responsibilities include:

    • Troubleshoots the self-pay copay report
    • Assists in organizing contract files
    • Prepares and processes third party claims as needed
    • Provides support to internal users of information produced by department
    • Assists in monthly closing
    • Coordinates resolutions to issues and implementation of initiatives
    • Assists in compiling reports, i.e. KPIs
    • Supports various ad hoc projects

    Celebrating 100 years of service in 2026, Aspire Health Alliance (Aspire) is a private, non-profit behavioral health agency, providing services for children, teens, and adults experiencing serious emotional challenges, behavioral issues, and substance abuse.     • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) and organizational skills
    • Ability to multi-task and facilitate projects/processes

    Required Experience

    • Experience in third party billing, especially behavioral health organization
