    Job Overview: We are seeking a FULL TIME detail-oriented Medical Biller and office administrator to join our group psychology clinic. The ideal candidate must have medical billing experience and be passionate about making a positive impact in the mental health field.

    Qualifications:

    MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (associates degree, medical billing certificate)

    • Experience with medical billing and accounts receivable

    • Experience with EHR software

    • Strong interpersonal skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Organized self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team

    • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to change

    • Ability to both prioritize and multi-task

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    • Good time management skills

    • Proficiency with Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office 365

    -Great customer service skills

    Responsibilities

    · Primary responsibility is to support smooth operations within the office, which entails a diverse range of daily tasks, primarily focused on medical billing, as well as communicating with clients about insurance coverage and payments, and prior authorizations. Additionally, job responsibilities include answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling clients for evaluations and therapy, checking clients in upon arrival, and other administrative duties as needed.

    · Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30

    Pay and Benefits:

    · $23-25/hour dependent on experience

    · 401K with up to 3% company match
