    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment. This role involves handling administrative duties, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet and check in patients with a professional and welcoming attitude

    Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries

    Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently

    Verify patient information, update records, and process necessary paperwork

    Collect co-pays, payments, and assist with insurance verification

    Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area

    Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing

    Educate patients on available services and skincare products

    Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

    Handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

    Respond to patient concerns, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism

    Qualifications & Skills:

    High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

    Previous experience in a medical office or spa setting required

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Proficiency in medical scheduling software and basic computer skills

    Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
