As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Medical Call Center Coordinator to join our team.

    Job Overview: As a Medical Call Center Coordinator, your role is to: Serve as a vital link between the leadership team and contact center agents, ensuring operational efficiency, effective communication, and the achievement of key organizational goals.

    This position requires strong data analysis, critical thinking, and leadership skills to support: Scheduling, Agents, Tech, HR & Payroll

    Key Responsibilities:

    Facilitate HR activities: Assist Leadership with recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisals.

    Support the call center with excellent computer skills; including but not limited to: Understanding the general technical requirements for the call center systems and providing basic technical support while ensuring cybersecurity and compliance.

    Triage more difficult system issues to our Vendors (as needed) to ensure the Call Center is running efficiently.

    Complete and monitor Agent schedules and ensure proper coverage when there are call-offs.

    Monitor and optimize Agents during peak call periods to ensure adequate coverage at all times.

    Attend any relevant meetings regarding Call Center operations as needed.

    Utilize advanced Excel skills to accurately calculate agent hours for payroll processing, ensuring precise data entry and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

    Qualifications:

    Exhibit exceptional organizational skills while paying attention to details.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Proven experience in a call center or coordinator role.

    Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and verbal/written communication skills.

    Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.

    Proficiency with call center software and reporting tools.

    Flexibility in working hours to accommodate shifts and occasional weekend work.

    Skill in prioritizing workload, meeting deadlines, and carrying out project assignments efficiently, documenting activities accurately.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, use independent mature judgement, and commit to excellence.

    Must embrace technology.
