Job Overview: As a Medical Contact Center Agent/Leadership Liaison, your role is to: Serve as a vital link between the leadership team and contact center agents, ensuring operational efficiency, effective communication, and the achievement of key organizational goals.
This position requires strong data analysis, critical thinking, and leadership skills to support: Scheduling, Agents, Tech, HR & Payroll Key Responsibilities: Facilitate HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews. Support the call center technology systems by mastering call center software, applications, hardware and processes and ensuring cybersecurity and compliance while addressing technical challenges. Create efficient agent schedules based on data analysis to meet organizational targets while ensuring optimal resource allocation and call coverage. Utilize advanced Excel skills to accurately calculate agent hours for payroll processing, ensuring precise data entry and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications: Exhibit exceptional organizational skills while paying attention to details. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong critical thinking, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
