    Job Title: Medical Contract Analyst (Temp-to-Hire)
    Location: Alpharetta, GA
    Period: 12/20/2024 to 02/07/2025– possibility of extension/direct hire
    Hours/Week: 40 hours – Hours over 40 will be paid at time and a half
    Rate: $30 – $35/hour
    Contract Type: W-2 only

    Scope of Services:

    The Contract Administrator will review signed contracts, update the Contracts and Proposal System (CAPS) with accurate data, and complete and send price load requests to Customer Service, ensuring compliance with OEC and corporate policies. They will manage GPO contract submissions, maintain the Letter of Participation (LOP) database, and ensure contracts meet compliance standards. The role includes conducting contract compliance reviews, managing contract expirations, and improving database maintenance processes. Effective communication with field sales and customers, along with regular updates to MS Excel logs, is essential for successful contract administration.

    This position requires working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritizing multiple tasks, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. The role also involves preparing and organizing contract documents, scanning, and sorting files by account number, and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Excel is required, and knowledge of MS Access is preferred but not essential. The administrator will work with the Medical Education team and other internal departments to support global and U.S.-based medical education programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

    Role, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:

    • Partner with field teams to develop pricing proposals and bulk purchase options.
    • Draft, execute and implement contract documents upon request.
    • Work within guidelines for contract approval, pricing approval and contract creation. Seek approvals when outside of guidelines.
    • Possess a sense of urgency and ability to work under customer driven deadlines. This includes the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
    • Owns contract creation from start to finish, utilizing internal and customer templates.
    • Reviews contract terms and coordinate with Legal and other departments on contract redlines.
    • Understanding GPO contractual obligations and the impacts they have on various contracting processes and product launches.
    • Must be able to work in a team environment and with diverse workstyles.

    Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3+ years of experience in business, finance or strategic pricing and contracting preferred.
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills with attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, remain organized and work under general supervision.
    • Proficient in the use of Word and PowerPoint and have advanced skills in Excel.
    • Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills required.
