POSITION: Medical Device Toxicologist/Biocompatibility Specialist

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Fulltime

LOCATION: Remote

SCHEDULE: 8:00am – 4:30pm

PAY RANGE: $30.00-34.00 hourly

ASSIGNMENT: 12 months (Potential for extension, or opportunity to convert full time)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• A large, multinational medical device company is seeking Medical Device Toxicologists to review product documentation and determine compliance status per ISO 10993 series of standards.
• This role is solely focused on reviewing documentation and confirming evidence.
• The right candidate will have prior experience conducting biocompatibility assessments of medical device products.
• While this person is not authoring documentation, prior experience is a must.
• Many of the documents are written in Mandarin, so the right candidate will read and communicate in Mandarin.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience
• ISO 10993 knowledge/ experience
• Experience authoring biocompatibility assessments and conducting studies at CRO
• Fluent in Mandarin

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
