    Salary and Benefits:

    • Competitive salary range: $212,000 - $250,000 Annually

    Responsibilities:

    • Monday- Friday: 8am-5pm in Clinic
    • Schedule May Include 1 Late Night a Week: 10am-7pm and 1-2 Saturday Sessions per Quarter
    • Will Participate in Paid, Rotating, On-Call Responsibilities
    • Outpatient primary care setting
    • 50% Administrative Duties/ 50% Primary Care Provider Duties
    • Recruits and manages physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
    • Conducts performance reviews. Oversee all training done in their assigned site for primary care.
    • Must participate, as requested, in recruitment, onboarding, and clinical oversight of clinical staff.
    • Works with the Chief Clinical Officer and the Human Resources Department to develop and implement resilience and retention strategies for medical providers leading to stable staffing and patient access to care.
    • Champions key initiatives and changes to improve workforce, patient care, and performance and messages same to medical providers.
    • Trains staff on evidence-based protocols.
    • Provides clinical supervision to staff.
    • Provides regular supervision for each provider.
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Prescribe medications and provide therapeutic interventions as needed
    • Educate patients and families on preventive care and health management
    • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with all regulations

    Requirements:

    • Current and active Medical License in the State of Massachusetts
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
    • 5 Years of Experience in a Primary Care Setting
    • 3 Years of Experience Supervising or Managing Others
    • Must Apply for and be Granted Privileges at Affiliated Hospitals
    • Experience Working with Diverse Cultures
    • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care
