    About Us: We are a new substance abuse treatment facility dedicated to providing compassionate care and evidence-based treatment for individuals struggling with addiction. Our team of experienced professionals includes psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, and support staff who work collaboratively to create a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a Medical Director to lead our clinical team in delivering high-quality care to our patients. This role is primarily offsite, allowing for flexibility while requiring the Medical Director to be on-call as needed to support our experienced staff of psychiatric nurse practitioners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in addiction medicine and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the treatment team.

    Collaborate with psychiatric nurse practitioners to develop and implement treatment plans.

    Conduct telehealth consultations and assessments as needed.

    Offer guidance on medication management and treatment protocols.

    Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding substance abuse treatment.

    Participate in staff training and development initiatives.

    Review and provide input on clinical policies and procedures.

    Be available for on-call support during critical situations or complex cases.

    Qualifications:

    MD or DO with a valid medical license.

    Board certification in Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, or a related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction treatment or related areas.

    Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in substance abuse treatment.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    Experience in telehealth services is a plus.
