About the Clinic This small animal clinic was recently acquired and is undergoing a rebranding transformation. It offers a unique opportunity to revamp a practice, implement your vision, and make it your own without the financial burden. Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $160,000 to $180,000 base, with production-based bonuses or 5% profit sharing (your choice)
• Retention Bonus: $10,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations as Medical Director, working alongside one associate veterinarian and a full support team (3 technicians per doctor) Manage a caseload of 15-20 cases per day, with a shared schedule:
  • Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM
• One designated Medical Director/Admin day weekly for strategic planning with leadership
• On-call support through a pool of 15 relay doctors
• Perform surgeries and develop treatment plans to provide exceptional veterinary care
• Mentor and train team members to foster professional growth
• Develop marketing strategies and plans to enhance clinic visibility and success

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Active Arizona veterinary license and DEA certification
• Proficiency in surgeries and procedures
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and entrepreneurial skills
• Ability to create and execute effective marketing plans
