    The Medical Director shall play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical aspects of our organization, including the development and implementation of medical policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure service excellence. The Medical Director will predominantly perform management and oversight duties, and will also practice as a physician, specializing in treating HIV-positive patients and those on PrEP.

    Clinical Oversight:

    Provide exemplary, patient-centered care to HIV-positive individuals and those on PrEP.

    Oversee medical care and ensure the implementation of clinical best practices across all clinics.

    Provide supervision and mentorship to medical staff to ensure consistent and high-quality care.

    Perform regular reviews of patient care and work to optimize outcomes.

    Lead initiatives to improve clinical quality and service delivery across all facilities.

    Strategic Leadership:

    Collaborate with the Executive Director and other executive leaders to formulate and implement organizational strategies and initiatives.

    Participate in board meetings, when appropriate, and contribute to the establishment of clinical governance structures.

    Guide the development and refinement of clinical protocols and medical policies to align with organizational goals and standards.

    Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation within the medical team.

    Operational Management:

    Oversee the operations of all clinics to ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.

    Work closely with clinic managers to resolve any clinical issues or concerns swiftly and effectively.Facilitate the integration of new medical technologies and practices within the organization.

    Participate in the recruitment and evaluation of medical staff, ensuring ongoing professional development and education.

    Community Engagement and Advocacy:

    Represent the organization at domestic and international conferences related to HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention. (Conferences to be chosen at the discretion of the CMO).

    Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to promote HIV awareness and prevention.

    Advocate for policies and practices that enhance access to HIV/AIDS-related services and reduce stigma
