We're currently seeking a licensed Esthetician who is not only passionate about skin health and body contouring, but who can also manage the front desk with professionalism, handle sales with confidence, and provide an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
Position: Esthetician
Location: Point Loma, San Diego, CA
⏰ Schedule: 20–40 hours/week (Flexible)
Compensation: $23–$30/hr + Commission + Tips

What You'll Do:
• Perform non-invasive body contouring and advanced skin treatments including:
• Cryosculpting, Cryofacials, Double Chin Treatments
• Hydrafacials, Traditional Facials, and Skin Rejuvenation Services
• Handle front desk duties with professionalism:
• Answer phones, schedule/reschedule appointments, confirm bookings
• Keep the office and treatment rooms clean and client-ready
• Conduct thorough client consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on treatment benefits and skincare products
• Assist with admin tasks and support daily clinic operations
• Confidently discuss service packages, memberships, and product sales
✅ Requirements:
• Current California Esthetician License
• Front Desk/Phone experience a must; phone sales experience is a plus
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Comfortable with multitasking and managing both aesthetic treatments and administrative responsibilities
• Sales-savvy mindset and confident recommending products and services
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a major bonus!
• Prior experience in body sculpting or cryotherapy preferred but not required
