The Prevail Counseling Team is looking to bring provider credentialing and contracting in-house by adding a specific position for an experienced provider insurance credentialing and contracting specialist. • W2 Full-Time Position • Health, Vision, Dental Insurance • Aflac • Paid Time Off • 8:45 am to 6:45 pm Mon - Thursday and 8:45 am to 1:45 pm Friday • Pleasure to work with a caring team that works hard to help each other have a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities: • Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance provider credentialing and contracting for our mental health group practice that aims to grow statewide. Well versed and organized experience in credentialing is required. • Maintain CAQH, NPI, NPPES, CMS • Maintain provider and insurance portals for re-attestation and re-credentialing. • File and organize all provider documents and insurance contracts, fee schedules, and correspondence. • Upkeep of effective dates and re-credentialing dates. • Also, be willing to be cross-trained to learn front desk and possible back office operations. Qualifications: • Must have a high school education or equivalent. • 2 + years of provider insurance credentialing and contracting experience. • Must have savvy Microsoft Office and computer skills. • Highly organized, with high attention to detail, and great time management skills for deadlines. • EHR experience. • High volume calls and phone transfers. • Medical customer service with HIPPA and the mental health population in mind. Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
