Collector will need to contact insurance companies regarding underpaid and or unpaid accounts. Generate and send patient statements. Work monthly aging reports for outstanding balances and resubmit corrected claims. Submit appeals to insurance companies as needed to secure payments on claims. Serve as point of contact for patients that have questions regarding their statements or account. Office Ally experience a plus!
