Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice law and a passion for advocating for the rights of our clients

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of complex medical malpractice cases, from initial client consultation to trial and appeal.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
• Draft persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Depose expert witnesses and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court and at mediation.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, experts, and other legal professionals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven track record of success in medical malpractice litigation.
• Strong understanding of medical science and the ability to evaluate complex medical records.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Must be admitted to practice law in Arizona.

Education & Experience

• Top 20% of law school class.
• Law review and/or moot court experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical malpractice law.
