    We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual to join our team as a full-time Office Administrator. We currently have a wonderful staff who are all willing and able to help out when needed. We are looking for another member to add to our already wonderful staff.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, excel in managing administrative functions, leading office staff, and ensuring exceptional support for both healthcare providers and patients.

    We have two very fast-paced locations where our team works Monday thru Friday with no working weekends or major holidays.     Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee daily office operations, including patient scheduling, front-office workflows, recruiting, conflict resolution, performance evaluation, coaching, and action planning. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards while securely managing and transmitting medical records.

    Handle provider credentialing and maintenance, including licensure, certifications, and insurance contract maintenance and negotiations.

    Monitor and renew licenses, certifications, and credentials to avoid service/clinic disruptions.

    Lead staff training on revenue cycle management, team building, patient services, conflict resolution, and professional accountability.

    Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce wait times, contribute to technological advancements, and enhance patient satisfaction.

    Identify and implement strategies to enhance office productivity, operational performance, and overall functionality.

    Lead project management initiatives, including the integration of new offices systems or processes.

    Full HR Cycle Management: Handle day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, offboarding, maintaining employee records, and compliance with employment laws.

    Event Coordination: Plan and execute staff retreats, organization-wide meetings, and employee appreciation events to foster a positive team culture.

    Culture Champion: Promote and model our team values in all work and work-related interactions. Foster a workplace environment that embodies our vision, mission, core values, and culture of ensuring that every action and decision supports ownership, integrity, professionalism, accountability, team building, innovation, and comradery.

    Streamline Onboarding Process: Review and enhance the current onboarding process to ensure a smooth, efficient, and engaging experience for new hires. Regularly review job postings for accuracy and update as needed to help attract highly-qualified candidates. Implement checklists or templates for onboarding tasks to standardize the process across departments.

    Update Employee Records and Compliance: Audit and update all employee records to ensure they are complete and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations. Ensure that all employment events (e.g., hires, terminations, promotions) are accurately reflected in the HR system.

    Our working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (no nights - no weekends!) Competitive salary starting at $24 per hour.
