We are looking for an experienced, pleasant Front Desk Lead to take on a supervisory role. You will be the office manager's right-hand person in managing the front desk
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
The goal is to make patients and visitors feel comfortable and valued.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Insurance Verifications
Insurance Authorizations
Bank Deposits
Greet and welcome guests.
Check patients in/out.
Set up patient's appointments.
Answer questions and address complaints.
Troubleshooting / Problem-solving
Check, sort, and forward emails.
Requirements:
Proven experience as front desk representative, agent, or relevant position
Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
Experience with Google Drive
Supervisor Experience
High School diploma: additional qualifications will be a plus.
