Our growing medical office in Lancaster, California is looking for a temporary office manager. If you are an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong work ethic and background in office administration, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Support various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, interviews, etc.)
Maintain the stock levels for office and breakroom supplies and submit purchase requests to management when necessary
Maintain open communications with public health agencies and health insurance companies
Assist in vendor relationship management
Run office errands and other duties as assigned
Supervise employees and assist in personnel matters
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Reliable with patience and professionalism
Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred
Medical billing experience preferred
