    Upscale, Concierge Otolaryngology/Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Practice in Mountainside, NJ is seeking a full-time, energetic, personable, and highly reliable Office Manager. Candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be extremely detail oriented and demonstrate the highest standard of professionalism. Prior ENT/facial Plastic experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Due to retirement our practice is seeking a full-time -long term candidate.

    Requirements and skills, but not limited to:

    Experience as an office manager in a medical setting

    Revenue driven

    Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles

    Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

    Exceptional customer service skills and strong problem-solving skills

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff

    Experience with “out of network” and NSA claims a plus

    Otolaryngology and aesthetic experience a plus

    Experience with Modernized Medicine EHR a plus

    Responsibilities, but not limited to:

    Supervise and manage the administrative/medical staff to ensure efficient operations

    Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, billing, and insurance claims

    Coordinate patient scheduling with physicians, surgical center, staff and Hearing Specialist

    Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

    Handle managed care contracts and compliance issues

    Monitor budget and accounts payable

    Develop and implement office policies and procedures

    Arrange cleaning staff and emergency maintenance services as necessary

    Process payroll of all employees, physicians, and 1099 contractors.

    Maintenance of a professional, hygienic work environment conducive to orderly and successful management of patients

    Oversee and manage finances (accounts payable and accounts receivable) of the practice to ensure all income is accounted for and allocated / deposited appropriately

    Oversee the compliance of the office according to regulatory standards

    Maintain the professional (State/ Federal and Medical Board) licensure of the physicians to allow for unrestricted practice of their profession

    Work with the practice accountant to ensure that practice tax liabilities are met appropriately

    Manage office advertisements and overall business development
