Responsibilities of a Right at Home Medical Office Professional:
· Develop and maintain the client care plan, creating extraordinary client experiences and communicating with clients, families, care partners and referral sources.
· Assist the Scheduling Manager with coordinating care.
· Answer phones, manage referrals, schedule home assessments, experience with Microsoft programs including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word.
· Provide administrative support to nursing and therapy teams by making copies, faxing documents, acquiring orders from physicians, managing Veterans Affairs cases, etc.
· Serves as a mentor to caregivers and supports their care delivery, aiding in employee retention.
· Maintains a calm, positive demeanor ALWAYS and can effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.
· Ability to remain professional and kind while handling concerns or complaints.
· Maintain compliance with accreditation standards.
· Follows company policies and procedures but has the ability to think “outside the box” to achieve ultimate client and caregiver satisfaction.
· Willingness and ability to work with clients as needed.

Requirements:
· Some caregiving, HHA, CNA experience.
· Ability to coordinate with the team demonstrating sound judgment while open to new ideas.
· Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours, every 4th weekend.
· Previous experience in a medical office environment with professional references.
· Excellent organization, communication, and listening skills.
· Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Adobe; confident with computer and cell phone technology.
· Can enforce company policies and procedures with empathy and kindness.
