    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic Medical Practice Consultant to build long-term, trusted partnerships with healthcare clients. This role will manage client accounts, conduct product demos, and identify new business opportunities. The Medical Practice Consultant will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned medical provider clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and expanding business relationships.

    The successful candidate will act as a strategic consultant, managing the overall client experience and helping clients meet their practice goals through our healthcare practice solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Client Services and Product Development to enhance company-client relations and drive success across all areas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for client account management matters.

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with medical practices.

    Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, practice managers, and executives.

    Act as a strategic growth consultant, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

    Ensure client success, satisfaction, and retention by providing superior service.

    Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.

    Identify new business opportunities with existing clients to meet sales and growth quotas.

    Conduct demos and provide presentations on our solutions to medical practices.

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and products according to client needs.

    Clearly communicate progress and milestones in client relationships to stakeholders.

    Track and report on key account metrics (e.g., quarterly results, forecasts) and prepare status reports.

    Develop new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients and conducting prospecting activities.

    Work closely with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territories.

    Assist in addressing complex client issues and provide solutions to improve overall satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    1-2 years of proven success in account management, consulting, or sales, ideally within the medical or healthcare field.

    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking opportunities for growth.

    Experience in driving business results and developing client growth strategies.

    Strong relationship-building and communication skills, particularly with healthcare professionals.

    Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and secure client renewals.

    Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to meet client objectives.

    Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
