Seeking a friendly, outgoing, experienced receptionist to join our amazing team to assist with phones, scheduling, greeting patients, and other front desk duties at our specialty medical clinic. Must be a talented multitasker with strong phone skills.
Excellent opportunities for growth and advancement--we want to be a longterm career move for you, not just another job!
Our well-established headquarters is in Beverly Hills, and you will be coordinating closely with members of our Beverly Hills team. We opened our Oakland office one year ago and it is still in a growth phase. In addition to receptionist duties, you will be in charge of any other administrative duties that come up at this location (ordering office supplies, troubleshooting technical and maintenance issues, and everything else needed to keep things running). Flexibility and problem solving are key for this position.
Please note that you will be the only one in the office on days when we are not seeing patients, although you will always be in close contact with our team via phone, messaging, and email, so it is essential that you are a self-starter who can stay focused on your work. We currently have patients in the office 2 to 4 days per month, although we expect that number to gradually increase to 4 days per week by the end of the year.
Experience is required, and we enthusiastically welcome applicants with front desk experience in the hotel/hospitality, legal, or medical fields.
