Job description
We are looking for a skilled and organized medical receptionist/Center Center Agent to join our healthcare team. You will perform a combination of various administrative and clinical tasks.
We are growing, room for advancement.
Position Responsibilities:
Medical Receptionist:
Greet patients, check patients in, and check patients out
Administrative tasks - Scan, fax, answer calls routed from the call center.
Assist patients with referrals, appointment scheduling
Performs other duties as assigned by management
Center Center:
Answer all incoming calls, and address patient’s inquiries, needs, complaints, or other issues
Engage in active listening with callers, providing solutions and ensuring the patients are supported and valued
Utilizing EMR system for patient demographic updates, prescription requests, and scheduling appointments
Assisting in patient translation, if required
Process all incoming voicemails and tasks to Front Desk Team Member, Providers, and Management accordingly
Confirm patient visits for next day appointments
Identify and escalate issues to management
Complete daily call logs and reports
Sorting and filing all incoming fax correspondence
Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Minimum of one - year experience in receptionist role
1 year eClinicalworks EMR experience is highly preferred Compensation is negotiable based on experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
eClinicalworks: 1 year (preferred)
