This is for our Amherst/Sndyer, NY location

Exciting opportunity to shine as an amazing Medical Receptionist/Patient Coordinator with room to grow! In search of a remarkable team player to join Trilogy Wellness. An ideal candidate is happy, reliable, and totally committed to making each patient visit a great experience. Must have at least one year of medical reception experience with knowledge of insurance to be considered. This position requires a professional with great phone etiquette, a positive disposition, lots of energy and someone who takes great pride in their work.

· Must be great at multitasking and thrive in a busy environment.

· Must LOVE working as a team to create a smooth patient flow.

· Must understand PPO insurance plans and be proficient in verifying the patient's cost.

· Experience with Insurance Authorizations for treatment is a plus!

· Some travel is required.

· Hourly rate based on experience.

Job Types: Part-Time - Fridays

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: Friday 8 hours

Experience: · Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred) · Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred) · Medical Front desk: 1 year (Required)
