    What You’ll Be Up To: As the friendly and organized face of our practice, you’ll ensure that every patient feels welcomed and cared for. Here’s what a day in your life might look like:

    Schedule new patient evaluations and collect pertinent paperwork

    Greet patients with a warm, professional attitude

    Seamlessly manage patient check-ins and check-outs

    Handle insurance benefit checks and authorizations

    Collect patient payments

    Schedule patient appointments with accuracy and care

    Maintain a dynamic work environment that makes a difference in someone’s life each day!

    You’ll Be Perfect for This Role If You:

    Hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

    Have 2-3 years of front desk or administrative experience, ideally in healthcare

    Bring experience in healthcare insurance, billing, and collections (preferred)

    Are familiar with EMR systems!

    Know your way around medical terminology and billing processes

    Are a whiz with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Go High Level experience is a bonus)

    Have top-notch communication and people skills

    Are super organized and love attention to detail

    Can handle a fast-paced environment with ease and a smile

    Are flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes when needed

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Competitive Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on your experience
