    We are a Physical Therapist owned practice with a unique focus on biomechanics & manual therapy, we use both ancient & modern technologies.     Job-Type: Full time, 40 hours per week.

    Schedule: 8 - 5 Monday through Friday with some flexibility on hours.

    Compensation: $16-$21 per hour, commensurate with medical reception experience.

    Duties include:

    Maintaining insurance information and communicating with physicians

    Answering patient calls and making sure they are able to see their therapist ASAP.

    Greeting patients & processing new patient paperwork.

    Pull charts, schedules and prepare for each appointment.

    Check patients in and out and schedule next appointments.

    Complete Daily Action Record with charges, collected copays & other statistics

    Enter data in computer and check digital records at end of day for completion

    Duties include; checking patients in and out, answering the phone, scheduling, confirming appointments, keeping patient visits, entering data into software, communicating with patients about their insurance, keep physical therapist data organized and communicated to physicians, faxing, and filing.
