    Your Key Responsibilities As the glue that keeps our practice running smoothly, you will:

    Greet clients and parents warmly, ensuring every interaction is professional and welcoming.

    Manage scheduling to optimize provider availability while maintaining client satisfaction.

    Handle incoming calls, book appointments, and verify accurate demographic and insurance information.

    Perform insurance verifications and pre-certifications as needed.

    Process payments and invoices efficiently, troubleshooting billing discrepancies promptly.

    Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) with diligent attention to detail.

    Assist with social media, blog updates, and light website maintenance.

    Monitor office supplies and coordinate inventory management.

    Keep the office environment tidy and professional.

    Support supervisors with administrative tasks and special projects.

    What We’re Looking For in a Candidate

    Strong organizational skills with an exceptional ability to follow through and meet deadlines.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic tech-savviness.

    Prior experience in a medical office or similar environment (highly preferred).

    Professional communication skills — both written and verbal — with excellent grammar.
