    Ensuring accuracy of medical records

    Communicating with patients and medical professionals

    Responding to requests for medical records and completing affidavits

    ICD-10 knowledge

    QUALIFICATIONS :

    Professional appearance and demeanor; courteous, friendly, and personable

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good computer skills

    Effective organizational and time-management skills

    Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to handle various duties and projects at one time.

    Strong ability to prioritize daily tasks and requests.

    Strong attention to detail.

    Knowledgeable of basic operation of medical practice; medical terminology

    **Prior experience working in health care facility preferred

    A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
