    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics in the region.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and purchasing departments in hospitals and clinics
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our medical devices and pharmaceuticals
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
    • Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring proper usage and satisfaction
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product development initiatives
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software
    • Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and expand our customer base
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies in sales practices
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
    • Proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales
    • Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare industry trends, and regulations
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
    • Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion techniques
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Experience with CRM software and ability to leverage technology in sales processes
    • Knowledge of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology products
    • Sales certification (preferred)
    • Fluency in Arabic and English (bilingual)
    • Valid work permit for Qatar
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
