    Surgical Sales Representative – (Seattle, WA)

    Fallstaff Search is recruiting for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative in Washington. The manager is open to considering different cities but ideally, the candidate will live in Seattle, Tacoma, or Bellevue.     About the Role

    As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with healthcare professionals, presenting cutting-edge solutions, and achieving sales targets.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, facilities, and key decision-makers.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
    • Educate potential clients on the value and benefits of products/services.
    • Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Relationships in the Washington market with pain and/or orthopedic physicians
    • Proven track record of success in medical sales
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to travel throughout Washington
    • Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
