    The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will serve as a field-based therapeutic expert in the field of Infectious Disease and/or Formulary expertise supporting a novel monoclonal antibody therapy in the battle against SARS-CoV-2. The MSL will provide scientific exchange across traditional and non-traditional medical leaders, as well as integral scientific partnership with formulary health systems. MSLs will work collaboratively to develop, align, and implement thought leader and market access, and payer health system strategies, plans, and communications, ensuring that information shared is timely, accurately, and fair-balanced. The MSL will provide scientific support for pre-clinical and clinical research, as well as other cross-functional related duties.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Function as a field-based medical expert supporting compliant scientific exchange aligned with internal and external stakeholders
    • Provide accurate and clear scientific information in a peer-to-peer setting, communicating complex science and product information to multiple levels of partners within the medical and health system/payer communities
    • Facilitate strategic partnerships with scientific experts and professional associates and act as point of contact while expanding research, advisory and educational partnership opportunities
    • Align with MSL/medical leadership to develop innovative and nontraditional field medical strategies and tactics in support of the Companies products and pipeline
    • Serve as a conduit in establishing the Company as leader in the monoclonal antibody infectious disease space
    • Provide scientific support for publications and presentations
    • Provide field observations and insights to internal stakeholders and Medical Affairs leadership
    • Support advisory boards, congresses and professional association meetings as directed
    • Provide field support for on-going clinical trials and assist in identifying new research sites

    Qualifications:

    • Doctorate Level Degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, DNP, or equivalent,) combined with MSL or field medical affairs experience preferred. Advanced level degrees (MS, MSN, etc.) considered in combination of MSL and therapeutic experience.
    • Extensive scientific and/or clinical experience in Infectious Disease, Immunology, or Virology preferred
    • Strong scientific acumen
    • 5 or more years in a medically related field which can include post-doctoral training (i.e., residencies and/or fellowships) considered
    • New product launch experience preferred
    • Ability to flexibly adapt to changing business needs
    • Willingness and ability to travel 50-70% including overnight stays

    COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements:

    Salary offers to be determined based on industry experience, education, and therapeutic expertise.
