    Job description

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to medical staff and patients
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for healthcare professionals
    • Greet and check-in patients, collect necessary information, and update medical records
    • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
    • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA guidelines

    Experience:

    • Previous experience in a medical administrative support role required
    • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care procedures
    • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical billing software
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
