Now interviewing for a Medical Spa Guest Services Specialist position. We have a very fun and busy family style work environment. In addition to the hourly pay, the perks are amazing and unique. You could be working at either our Zionsville or Fishers MedSpa on the Northside of Indianapolis. Some time may be spent to gap fill at either location however most hours will be at our Fishers location.

Duties & Responsibilities
Greeting and ensuring patient information & paperwork is up to date
Answer telephone and schedule appointments, take concise messages
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Maintain a calm demeanor when working in high patient volume situations
Maintain a good working relationship with spa staff
Gain knowledge of spa services provided to respond to patient inquiries
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Record customer information within our customer service database
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Work closely in a team environment
Effectively collect and balance payments from patients upon departure
Adhere to all HIPPA and OSHA regulated standards
Other duties as requested
Preferred Requirements
· Note: this role requires availability until 7 pm several nights per week and a minimum of two Saturdays per month 9:30-3:30.
· Preferred previous experience at a Medical Office offering injectables &/or laser treatments
· 3-5+ years of related work experience with sales or customer service
· Able to work some evenings until 7 pm & two+ Saturdays a month
· Good computer skills
· Honest & trustworthy
· Able to work alone and within a team environment
· Demonstrated attention to detail and organization.
· Sales background a plus
· Client scheduling experience a plus
· Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
· Well organized
· Commitment to outstanding patient experience
· Chic business casual attire
· High school graduate or higher
· Exceptional communication skills

This is a near full-time hourly position, with an average of 20 – 30 hours per week though this may increase during busy times of the year.
