Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Transport Supervisor to join the team! As our Medical Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and dispatching all vehicles and transportation, working around drivers’ and clients' schedules, and considering road conditions and other factors. Your goal will be to maximize efficiency through dispatching and utilize all assets effectively while providing a positive work environment. The ideal candidate has previous management or dispatching experience, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Handle all scheduling and coordinating for dispatching drivers and vehicles

Handle dispatch issues as they arise, including working around last-minute changes, clients' schedules, and more

Analyze drop off and pick up routes, and maximize efficiency

Create a positive, healthy work environment for both office staff and transportation staff

Qualifications

Previous management or dispatch experience strongly desired

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail
