    ­­­­­­­­­Job Summary: The Medication Management Assistant (MMA) Manager plays an essential role to the operations team by supporting the administrative and operational tasks related to the Medication Management Assistants. This position will be responsible for leading the MMAs, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, and contributing to over efficiency of the team. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Compensation:

    The compensation range for this position is $25-$27 per hour.

    Required Skills/ Abilities:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

    Experience: 2+ years leading others, 2+ years’ experience in healthcare, preferred experience in mental health.

    Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

    Ability to lead, coach and influence others

    Ability to analyze issues and suggest or determine solutions

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    Problem solving and analytical skills

    Collaboration and interpersonal skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook and Teams

    Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems

    Responsibilities Include:

    Oversee the daily workflow of MMAs, offering both operational and administrative support.

    Will provide daily support and coverage for medication management providers.

    Onboard and train new MMA staff.

    Coordinate and manage the schedules of the medication management team.

    Implement any new program policies and procedures to establish and enhance standards for continuous improvement.

    Collaborate with clinical and operational staff to identify opportunities for growth.

    Serve as a subject matter expert in technology platforms utilized by the medication management team, including Valant, Doxy, and other related programs.

    Other duties as assigned or required.
