Customer Service Representative for Answering Service
Job Description
Our fast paced 24/7 medical answering service is looking to fill WEEKEND, WEEKDAY LATE AFTERNOON, AND OVERNIGHT SHIFTS.
At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. We are looking for detail oriented candidates that are reliable, hard working, and eager to learn. Telephone etiquette, typing skills, and spelling skills are required. Previous use of multi-line phone system is preferable. Compensation for Bilingual Spanish speaking operators. Weekend shifts are mandatory. We offer part-time and full-time positions. We are always looking for "go-getters" and are more than happy to promote those candidates. JOB BREAKDOWN: At Medlink, we mostly receive calls from hospitals and patients. Your job is to connect the nurse or the patient to the appropriate Doctor using our paging database. The job is very simple and repetitive.
MANDATORY 3 DAYS (MINIMUM) OF TRAINING. TRAINING IS $15/HR. AFTER YOU COMPLETE TRAINING, YOU WILL BE BUMPED TO $17/HR.
