    Job Description

    MedRite Urgent Care provides residents and visitors of NY, NJ, and FL, with a modern solution for urgent medical treatment and routine healthcare. The demands put on us by work obligations, family responsibilities, and hectic schedules can make it difficult to seek medical services within the nine-to-five doctor’s office model. We solve this problem by providing individualized care on a walk-in basis with same-day availability. Our licensed providers can treat virtually all non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses and we also offer services for preventative care, routine wellness, pediatric patients, occupational healthcare, and more.     JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Source applicants through cold calling, social media, careers pages, and online job boards
    • Keep detailed records of all interviews, evaluations, resumes, and assignments
    • Build pipelines for accommodating high-potential candidates for future opportunities
    • Coordinate candidate interviews with manager
    • Conducts follow-up calls with hiring managers and new hires to address hiring quality improvement initiatives
    • Develop relationships and partners with and maintains ongoing communication with hiring managers throughout the process.
    • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
    • Collaborate with and assist the team as and when needed
    • Must be willing to assist with other office duties as needed and be a team player
    • Willing to work hard and go the extra mile in order to meet assigned goals with a positive attitude
    • Conducts follow-up calls with hiring managers and new hires to address hiring quality improvement initiatives

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2-3 years of relevant experience required.
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Prior experience in healthcare, urgent care is preferred
    • Previous experience in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring active and passive candidates, or other related fields using job boards, referral sources, and broad, general knowledge of nursing, healthcare, credentialing, interviewing, and full-cycle recruiting
    • Must possess excellent, professional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
    • Must be a results-oriented self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
